I tried Samyang light noodles · 10:27am Jun 14th, 2020

The spiciness of the light version is reduced by 40% and it only has 375 calories. I added a slice of mozzarella cheese and an egg to make it less spicy. The heat is somehow tolerable, I'd say it's a bit spicier than the carbonara one.

I managed to finish the noodles without stopping for a glass of milk. I immediately ate matcha ice cream to wash down the spice. A couple of spoonfuls helped right away. I highly recommend Samyang light for those who can't bear the heat of the original.
